In 2017 with the passing of renowned metal shaper and automobile restorer Clay Cook, founder of ProLine metal shaping tools and equipment, his Erlanger, Kentucky based business, C. Cook Enterprises was dissolved. Van Sant Enterprises of Pella, Iowa will continue the manufacturing and distribution of the ProLine Planishing Hammers, MiniMax Power Hammer, along with other Pullmax and CP style tooling.
